Shipping and Delivery Policy:

1. Delivery Area:

 - We proudly offer delivery services to most areas of Sydney and its metropolitan regions, ensuring the convenience of our valued customers across the city.

2. Delivery Days and Exclusions:

 - We operate seven days a week, except on Sundays. Please note that we do not provide delivery services on Sundays. Orders placed for Sunday delivery will automatically be rescheduled for Monday delivery without prior notification to the sender.

3. Same-Day Delivery (Mon-Sat):

 - For orders placed from Monday to Saturday, we provide same-day delivery for your convenience. To avail of this service, kindly ensure your order is placed before 2:00 p.m. local time. If you place an order after 2:00 p.m., please contact us directly to inquire about the possibility of same-day delivery. In most cases, we can accommodate your request. If same-day delivery is not feasible, we will promptly deliver your order the following morning.

4. Order Timing and Preparation:

 - To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance for locations within a 25-kilometer radius of Annandale. This allows us ample time to prepare your arrangement and ensure it reaches its destination as desired.

5. Shipping Methods:

 - Local Delivery: To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your flowers, we utilize our dedicated in-house courier service. Rest assured, we will take all necessary measures to ensure that your flowers are received in perfect condition. In the event that the recipient is not available at home, we will promptly notify them via message, including picture(s), informing them of the delivery and ensuring the flowers are kept in a safe place.

 - National and International Delivery: For nationwide and international shipping, we partner with trusted florist networks, including Interflora Florist. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure your flowers arrive promptly and beautifully.

6. Delivery Confirmation:

 - Local Delivery: Upon successful delivery of your flowers, our in-house courier will meticulously record the delivery in our records. If requested, we can provide a delivery record book to the sender. Additionally, we will send a text message to the recipient, including pictures, to notify them that the flowers have been safely left in case they were not home to receive them.

 - National Delivery: Delivery confirmation is available upon request. It is advisable to inform us at the time of placing your order if you would like to receive confirmation of delivery.

7. Special Instructions:

 - If you have any specific delivery instructions, such as difficulties accessing the front gate or preferred delivery times, please provide these details in the "Special Instructions" field during the checkout process. We will do our utmost to accommodate your requests and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
